Cancellation Policy

By sending your deposit and/or booking with me you are agreeing to these terms. I reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. BOOKING ~ Not currently accepting new clients / Check my instagram stories for any openings. Current hours: |M.8am-7pm|T.3:30pm|W.3:30pm|TH.3:30pm|F.3:30pm|SAT.8am-7pm|SUN.8am-7pm| Please only book for these times: 8am, 11am, 2pm, and 5pm. All appointments are subject to change, especially if you book a time other than what is listed. Please always confirm your appointment, and double check your appointment dates/times. TIMING ~ Please respect that I am not an average nail salon. My work is very detailed, and carefully executed. Please be aware some appointments may take 2-3 hours depending on intricacy & service type. I ask that you refrain from booking an appointment close to any other time-related obligations you may have. I want you to have the best experience, and service possible. That most likely won’t happen if we are rushing / stressed about time. DEPOSITS / PAYMENT OPTIONS ~ Deposits are non-refundable. They must be paid the SAME day of booking your apt, otherwise it will not be reserved. There are NO refunds on services rendered. It is completely up to my discretion if I do refund a service. If you are unhappy with your service please let me know and we can work together to fix the issue! Final payment is due immediately after a service. I accept exact cash (I don’t always have change) or card /tap-pay, or zelle. Paying with card or tap-pay has a small transaction fee of 3.5%. 
 ‼️“Can I pay you later?” Unfortunately, no. I cannot accept late payments, as I need to be paid for my work at the time of the service. If you can’t pay for the service please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule. I offer Afterpay / Klarna options. Please let me know before your appointment if that’s how you’d like to pay. CANCELATIONS / RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS ~ Cancelations or rescheduling of an appointment must done at least 24hrs before. Any cancelations made within 24hrs of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service costs. Cancellation fee must be paid the SAME day of the missed appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT ~ Please communicate honestly if you are running late. Up to 10 minutes grace period, 15 minutes or more will result in a cancelation & a 50% of the service cost will be charged. BRINGING GUESTS ~ Please do not bring a guest without asking first. Please make sure your guest is free of any symptoms of illness & has not been around anyone sick. Children are not allowed at your appointment due to insurance liability. SICK POLICY ~ Do not come if you or anyone you’ve been near has symptoms of illness! Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment! ‼️If you have been exposed to COVID in the last ten days please have a negative Covid test before your appointment & wear a mask. If you have had a fever or been around anyone with a fever within the last 48 hrs please reschedule. It’s never “just allergies.” If you come to your appointment with obvious signs of illness the appointment WILL be canceled & you WILL be charged 100% of the service cost.
