Cancellation Policy

By sending your deposit and/or booking with me you are agreeing to these terms. I reserve the right to refuse service at any time. CANCELATIONS / RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS ~ Cancelations or rescheduling of an appointment must done at least 24hrs before. Any cancelations made within 24hrs of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service costs. LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT ~ If you’re going to be late please reach out & let me know. If you’re up to 10 mins late we may not be able to do as much art as planned in order to keep myself on schedule. If you’re 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service cost. We can schedule a new appointment but you will be required to pay a deposit before doing so. NO-SHOW ~ A no-show is when your appointment time comes and you haven’t shown up & you’re not answering my text within 15 minutes after the appointment time. No communication = you are a no-show. If you no-show your appointment you will be charged for 100% of your service costs. You will not be able to rebook with me until you do so. When rebooking you will be required to pay a $20 deposit that does go towards your service. If you no-show twice you will not be allowed to book with me again. DEPOSITS / PAYMENT OPTIONS ~ Deposits are only required of new clients 1 time, or for a returning client that has no-showed. For deposits I take cash / Cash App / Venmo / Apple Pay! You can find my info on my Instagram or ask me if you can’t find it. For final payment at the appointment I take exact cash (I don’t usually have change) or card /tap-pay. Paying with card or tap-pay has a small transaction fee of 3.5%. REFUNDS ~ There are NO refunds. It is completely up to my discretion if I do refund a service. If you are unhappy with your service please let me know and we can work together to fix the issue! BRINGING GUESTS ~ Please always ask before bringing a guest with you. Please make sure your guest is not having any symptoms of illness & has not been around anyone sick. Children are not allowed at your appointment due to insurance liability. SICK POLICY ~ Do not come if you have symptoms of illness! Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have been around anyone that’s been sick! ‼️If you have been exposed to COVID in the last ten days please have a negative Covid test before your appointment & wear a mask. If you have had a fever or been around anyone with a fever within the last 48 hrs please reschedule. If you come to your appointment with obvious signs of illness the appointment will be canceled & you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
